These written comments must be received by 5:00 PM on Friday, April 4, 2025. Comments can also be given during the Public Hearing that will be held during the April 10, 2024 RTAC meeting, which will begin at 12:00 PM at the McSwain Extension Education and Agriculture Center, 420 Tramway Rd, Sanford, NC.
