The public is welcome to submit comments on this document. These written comments must be received by 5:00 PM on Monday, August 5, 2024. Comments can also be given during the Public Hearing that will be held during the August 8, 2024 RTCC meeting, which will begin at 10:30 AM in the Buggy Conference Room, 115 Chatham St. (come in the back), Sanford, NC.
